Mr. Jimoh Ayedege Akinyemi is the founder and Chairman/CEO of Jifosad Nigeria Limited, Nigeria’s leading construction company. Jifosad offers top-notch civil and electrical services, constantly delivering high-quality projects that have earned them a reputation as a front-runner in the industry.
Eng. Dr. Olanrewaju Adebite
MD/Chief Technical Officer
Engr. Dr. Olanrewaju Adegbite (PhD, MNSE, PMP, MCArb, FIMC, ChMC) is an accomplished engineering and project management professional with extensive experience across construction, technology, energy, and telecommunications sectors.
He has held senior leadership positions in organizations with diverse operational cultures, demonstrating expertise in strategic planning, project execution, and cross-functional team management. Dr. Adegbite is known for driving efficiency, optimizing resources, and fostering strong client and partner relationships to maintain competitive business performance.
His career spans over three decades, including roles as Senior Civil Works Engineer at Ericsson Nigeria Limited, Project Contract Manager at Nokia Solutions and Networks Nigeria Limited, and Project Manager at Topskills Solutions Ltd. He currently serves as the Managing Director/Chief Technical Officer of Jifosad Nigeria Limited.
Dr. Adegbite is a Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE), Project Management Institute (USA), Chartered Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC, ChMC), and the Nigeria Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (MCArb).
His expertise covers road and drainage construction, building design and development, telecommunication infrastructure, project management, and contract management.
Mr. Adewale Kazeem Ojediran
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Adewale Kazeem Ojediran is an accomplished finance and management professional with over two decades of experience in financial management, business development, and operations. He currently serves as the Chief Finance Officer of Jifosad Nigeria Limited, where he oversees financial strategy, planning, and performance management.
Before joining Jifosad, Mr. Ojediran held several key positions at Nigeria Bottling Company Plc, including Finance Officer, Sales Accounting Superintendent, and Business Development Manager. His strong background in finance and strategic management has consistently driven business growth and operational efficiency.
He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing Management from the Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti, and a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Financial Management from Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko. He is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Abuja Business School.
Mr. Ojediran is a member of Junior Chamber International (JCI) and serves as President of the Supreme Brothers Club, Ikire, Osun State. He is also the Founder and CEO of the Adewale Kazeem Ojediran (AKO) Foundation, a humanitarian initiative focused on community development
Mr. Noibi Oluwatosin Oumide
Director Of Operations
Mr. Noibi Oluwatosin Oumide is a dynamic architect and construction professional serving as the Director of Operations at Jifosad Nigeria Limited. He brings a blend of architectural expertise and operational leadership to the company, ensuring the successful execution of projects and adherence to the highest industry standards.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) and a Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Architecture, with strong foundations in design, planning, and construction management. With over four years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Oumide has demonstrated exceptional skill in project coordination, team leadership, and client-focused delivery.
A native of Ogun State, Nigeria, Mr. Oumide’s work reflects his passion for innovation, functionality, and sustainable design in the built environment. His leadership at Jifosad Nigeria Limited continues to drive operational efficiency and excellence across all projects.
